3.1. Acceptance of the Offer is payment for Access to an E-book on the Platform, as well as activation of a Gift Code or Promo Code that gives Access (part four of Article 370 of the Civil Code, Article 19 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce").

3.2. Before payment, the Buyer logs in to the Account using a phone number and a confirmation code received in the Libro Telegram bot. Entering the code is recognized as an electronic confirmation that allows the Buyer to be identified.

3.3. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Operator receives payment confirmation from the payment system, and in the case of code activation - from the moment of activation.

3.4. The Buyer may decline to conclude the Agreement before payment is completed by closing the payment page. After payment, withdrawal from the Agreement is possible under the Refund Rules.

4.5. Bank or payment system fees, if any, are paid by the Buyer at the rates of that system.

5. Provision of Access and Technical Restrictions

5.1. Access opens automatically immediately after payment is confirmed: the book appears in the "My library" section. If Access has not opened within 1 hour, the Buyer contacts support.

8.4. Gift Codes and Promo Codes cannot be exchanged for money. Books received with such codes are not refundable.

8.5. The Operator may cancel a code obtained or used in violation of the terms of the promotion or the law.
